This Saturday two 2 fantastic instructors are travelling down to London to teach: Sensei Lee Baker and Lister Worthington.
Lee Baker is a 3rd dan in the jitsu foundation. He has a long martial arts history, having begun practicing ju jitsu as a junior and practiced other arts such as jeet kun do. He is one of the fastest and most precise jitsuka in our style, so students of all grades can learn a lot from him!
Lister Worthington is a 2nd dan secondary tutor. After many jitsuka in the London region said they wanted more self defence and application of jitsu in real situations for these courses, the powers that be in the region asked Lister to come and teach. He is an armed response police officer with riot training who has taught jitsu to the police for many years. He was one of the officers called down to London for back up in the riots in 2011. When the rioters heard Lister was coming, they stopped rioting…
This course is going to be awesome. You’d be crazy to miss it! All novices/grades are welcome and positively encouraged to attend.
